Research Process Overview

As a UX researcher, I take a user-centered approach to uncovering problems and guiding design. I start by aligning with stakeholders to define clear goals, choose the right methods for the questions at hand, and then turn insights from research into actionable improvements that make the user experience better.

Case Studies

Unauth Support Landing Page A/B/C Test

I worked on revamping Verizon’s unauthenticated Support page to make it easier for people to find the support tools and information they need, such as network status, and troubleshooting. In this study, I tested three redesigned versions to see which one best matched how users think and navigate when they’re looking for support.

MyVerizon App More Menu Tree Test

This study was a comparative tree test to evaluate how easily users could find support content in the MyVerizon App’s "More" menu. We tested the current version against two redesigned options, uncovering key insights on label clarity and structure to help create a more intuitive navigation experience.

Passkey Biometrics Authentication (Accessibility)

This study was usability study with users who are blind, low-vision, or have cognitive disabilities to evaluate the Face ID and Passkey setup flow in the MyVerizon App. I focused on uncovering accessibility barriers, improving task success, and making the experience more inclusive for users with diverse needs.

Ascent Global Logistics Internal Service Desk

At Ascent Global Logistics, I led foundational research to understand why users were frustrated with the internal Service Desk platform. My goal was to uncover the root causes and provide clear, actionable insights. The findings helped shape the roadmap for a more efficient, user-friendly support experience.
